I have made this hournal from scratch.  I drew over 20 shoes, layed out the journal, printed it, and bound it all myself.  There is a Dates to Remember section, jounal section, Notes section, and blank sheets section.There is over 125 journal pages.  It has a bookmark and an elastic band for clothing.
