I am the chronic hobbyist so I have several types of listings.
I have chosen to put all my my and my husband's creations under one domain.
I am into Charms2Chainmaille and everything in between and more.
Help my husband and I keep painting, please.
We rely on tips and donations to help with painting expenses.
It's our outlet for the mind.
It is our therapy.
So anything you can spare would be appreciated.
My Art Page
These are things I have made throughout the years. I do sell prints or greeting cards of these drawings. If you are interested in a print or a greeting card of one of these contact me at thechronichobbyist@imn4it.com or through the stores contact page at the bottom.

These three I did in college during my board drafting days. I loved board drafting but when computer aided drafting came out I fell in love again. I then began 3D CAD/CAM unfortunately all my drawings in that format were property of the employer and could not keep any copies. I had one patent on one of the 3D CAD/CAM, but again it belonged to the employer.

These are great tattoo flash. I plan to get the second one done on my arm one of a day soon.

The girl was a high school art class piece and the pen and ink spider with water beaded web was done during history class. I was so bored. Yes, I flunked the class, I doodled a lot. :)

The joker repo man pays homage to my repo days. We would say "The bank giveth and the Repoman taketh away." The repossession gig I had for little over a half a decade was my most favorite job. I was good at it, it was a great adrenaline rush, and had so interesting stories to tell which are on my blog at samanthapetrice.com. Just search for repo ma'am. In 2006 I had a motorcycle accident and was unable to return to the repo gig. I had injured my arm, wrist, and hand to the point I could no longer defend myself with that arm. I couldn't take the chance of having a repo go bad. So I was out of the repo game. It effected me very hard. I loved that job so much and the change was devastating to me. I have a scar that runs from in my hand to 6" up my arm. I chose to create a tattoo to remind myself to embrace life changes, ya know roll with the punches. So I had it put on my arm in kanji next to the scar. The second pic was the flash I created for the tattoo artist..

The first painting is made from the tattoo above my ankle. It is an optical illusion of a females trunk. The second two I painted on my 30th birthday with the art supplies I got.

More high school drawings. I like to draw things that would give my teacher the shock value of what will she do next?

This is a drawing I made when I was showing at a artist market every week.
It represents all the artists there and what they were doing.

This is my grandfather who was the sign painter. He was a veteran of the Korean War. Funny and very loving. I sketched this from a picture of him for his funeral program. I felt like he was with me the whole time I was doing the drawing. Anytime I need or want to do a portrait, I call on my grandfather to help me.

Above and below are iron-oms that I drew for my purses\\and mz
