This is called a Chainmaille Box or Snake Necklace. The necklace is 1/2" square to exhibit it's bling effect. I used a sturdy stainless steel lobster clasp. It took 10hrs to make as I had to open and weave then close each square wire ring one after the other. It is made of a total of 1.25 ounces high grade tumbled and cleaned aluminum jump rings that will not turn or discolor the skin. If cleaned regularly they will stay bright and shiny.
